It's important to us that you feel at home. We normally offer standard service where you book a room which includes breakfast and cleaning afterwards. You also have access to the breakfast kitchen between 11 AM to 9 PM if desired. If you have requests for a comprehensive solution or special packaging, do not hesitate to contact us.
We see pets as part of the family. Of course, they are welcome with us. We see pets (dog, cat) as part of the family. Of course they are welcome to us.
NOTE! However, find out what rules apply to your dog. Some dog breeds are not allowed in Austria.
A classic Austrian breakfast is included in the room price. On request, other types of breakfasts, such as Ayurvedic food, can also be arranged.
In front of the house, and in the entire square, there is a free opportunity to park your car during your stay.

A 15% prepayment may, by agreement, be charged after booking. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival are charged 50% of the total cost, cancellations within 7 days before arrival are charged 100% of the total cost.
It's possible to book the place for private events for up to 10 persons. Everything from smaller retreats to renting the whole place for family or friends. Check under the 'For Groups' tab in the menu to read more and send a booking request.
Some rooms are accessible from the ground floor and have no restrictions. Other rooms have a few steps. Please contact us with specific questions, and we will try to help you find a solution that suits you.
