Booking policy
Cancellation - Short-term
Short-term accommodation includes up to 5 days (long weekend). Cancellation of accommodation must occur 72 hours before check-in time to receive a full refund. If cancellation happens 48 hours before, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price. If the cancellation occurs later than that, the amount is non-refundable.
Check-in & Check-out
Cancellation - Long-term
Long-term accommodation includes 6 days and longer. Cancellation of accommodation must occur 7 days before check-in to receive a full refund. If cancellation happens 5 days before, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price. If the cancellation occurs later than that, the amount is non-refundable.
Check-in is at 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is at 11:00 am on the day of departure. If the time is exceeded, you will be charged 15 euros per hour.
